Bedrooms & living room light & airy but photographs & description on website need updating as they do not accurately reflect the layout and style of the house as it is now. No heating in master bedroom, ensuite and downstairs bathroom so very cold. No curtains or blinds in one bedroom and some bathrooms. The swimming pool was a hazard for children (and adults) as it had no fence around, no cover, no lifebelt and no net. Some, if not all, safety features are essential. One child fell in but was quickly pulled from the cold water. The cover for the filter was missing which left a 20cm hole in the decking around the pool. This was a trip hazard. Crockery & glasses need updating as there were not enough for the number of people the house sleeps. Location was great with beautiful view over the sea and lovely to have the beach so close.

Nice pool and hot tub. Good bones of house, lovely views. However strict rules communicated in not the most friendly manner, we felt more of an inconvenience than a paying guest. They have a reluctant dog policy. Would recommend they go either one way or the other. We were charged a not insignificant fee to bring a small dog but she was only allowed in certain areas. Perhaps just charge a dog deposit. Some small things that should be taken care of for a high end place like this - for example the dart board had only 1 dart, table football didn't have a table football ball, sky light in annex had no blind (had to improvise our own) so light streamed in at morning. Nice but for the expense you expect the welcome and standards to match the expense.

Have stayed here four times now. Three times with my wife and kids and once with the whole family. Its a great house and a great location. Lots of stuff to do around the house including a games room. The beach is great and literally on the doorstep. Lots of local pubs and restaurants. I thinks its definitely become a yearly thing for us. Highly recommended.
