The food is okay, the young waiters/waitresses are great and clearly are trying hard. The problems start when they dont have what you order (4 of us asked for Chateau, and they only had it for 2). We said fair enough and wed have the Cote but given its not what we wanted I said any chance of a bit of a discount, which to me is a fair question. Lana (the apparent manageress) then appears, quite aggressively and states its not available and to order something else and there would be nothing offered (at this point I should point out 2 fillet steaks are 2 more than the Chateau, yes I was asking for a whole 2 off!) anyway long story short eventually I received 2 off after being spoken to like something on the bottom of her shoe and her basically ruining what shouldve been a nice night for 12 of us (6 adults and 6 kids). Would I return? No, if youre staying at Seal Bay eat in Smokeys, better pricing and a much better vibe. And for ref Lanas argument for not having more than one chateau was you dont know how busy weve been (photo to show how busy it was the night we visited )

Had Breakfast here, the staff is very friendly. Very helpful with addressing stuff that had gluten in it as one of us was celiac
