I was working with another care company for 12 years and was very anxious about moving to a new job,but now I would never look back, Avoston is an amazing company,so welcoming,friendly and accommodating. Management are lovely and so are all the other staff and clients. Best decision I made !

I cannot truly put into words just how much our family thinks of Avoston. From the first phone call with Kerry they were caring, kind and understanding. Because of them we were able to bring my Nanna home to pass away in the home that her and her husband built together and where she had lived for most of her life. Not only were Kerry, Leigh and the other ladies wonderful to Nanna they were also wonderful to us as a family and for that we will be forever grateful and it will never be forgotten. Thank you.

I have worked for Avoston Care for the last 10 months and I can honestly say its been the best job I have had for the last 10 years! Was very apprehensive & anxious when I was looking for a job because I knew it would only be short term as I had already made the decision to move abroad, but I am incredibly grateful that Kerry & Leigh gave me a chance to join the Team. Management has been very supportive, understanding & encouraging throughout my time working for them. Avoston are an amazing bunch of caring, friendly ,thoughtful & professional people that I have had the privilege to work with & get to know over the last 10 months - they are a marvellous Team and very supportive towards each other, and they go above and beyond with/for the clients I would highly recommend Avoston Care to anyone needing a care company or as a workplace.

Avoston Care provided support and care for my father for a period of 6 weeks until he unfortunately had a fall in the house and had to go to hospital for a period of time and was then discharged to a residential care home. During those 6 weeks Avoston provided my dad with daily personal care, assistance in preparing for bed and companionship. They cooked his evening meal and generally gave him reassurance that everything was ok when he was feeling confused or anxious. All the carers were so kind and thoughtful and helped to give both me and my dad peace of mind. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism that Kerry and all her team displayed and am very grateful for all their help - even if it did end up being just for a short time. I won't hesitate to recommend Avoston to anyone needing a professional, caring, proactive, supportive and very kind care company. Thank you Avoston Care.
