        MASSAGE: We moved to Selsey last year and first went to Lyndsey when we were in need of a good massage - and it was really good! We had both been missing the regular massages we had in our old home town, prior to moving here, and are happy to have found her! PILATES: I had also been missing my old Pilates classes and am now enjoying those at The Coastal Clinic. This little studio is a real gem and Lyndsey really knows her stuff!

        Lyndsey really helped with my various aches and pains especially my tight left hip and neck pain. I love her Pilates classes too! Friendly and knowledgeable, she is always furthering her learning about the body and how it works. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
