        I stayed here for a very happy week with my family at the end of September. The cottage itself is both quaint and cosy with all that we needed. I should add also that the beds were comfortable (hallelujah!). It is really well placed,minutes from the sea .There are lovely walks. The area feels atmospheric and historic, with some real ww2 history. Also don't miss the seafood on sale about 2 yards from the beach,as good and fresh as anywhere. We explored Sussex including Fishbourne and Petworth. Again world class. Lastly don't miss the theatre at Chichester. A truly ace week and lovely base.
