        I had an electrical issue that needed to be resolved quickly as it meant that work on my bathroom had to stop and my booked bathroom fitter/tiler couldnt continue. I called Bradley to see if he could help. He was really lovely on the phone, explained that he would try and fit me in 2 days after our conversation and he would call on the day to let me know when if/he was coming. Since that conversation I heard nothing! I called, I text and absolutely no response. I was so disappointed. It would have been better to say that he couldnt come and I could try and get another electrician, rather than say he could come and then ghost me.
