        No response over months to multiple phone calls, emails. 350 out of pocket because they have no idea about the gov grants. Sent in all the paper work for them to complete and make the claim, take your money and then that's it. Nothing. If you are thinking of using the gov grant towards installing a charger with these guys, don't waste your time!
