West Sussex Hypnobirthing Doula & Antenatal Classes

I did a 121 class with Nicky a while ago but forgot to write a review as its been so busy since my little boy arrived!! I found the course was well organised, she explained everything well and I think it made a difference to my confidence and my labour. Would reccomend.

I did the hypnobirthing refresher course and it was exactly what I needed to get in the positive head space before my birth. Nicky was very friendly, professional and made us feel at ease straight away. Would highly recommend

We did a hypnobirthing course over a weekend with Nicky. The course was well organised and Nicky was a really friendly teacher whow answered all our questions. We left feeling really calm and empowered and unbelievably really excited for the birth. We had a lovely positive birth which I think was definitely helped by learning yhte hypnobirthing techniques and Nicky came round a couple of weeks later to check on me and have a chat about the birth, which was teally appreciated. I'd definitely recommend!

I loved loved loved the course we did with Nic! I was a bit nervous about the birth and wanted to learn about breathing and movement to know how they could help and to learn more about birth so I wasn't so scared. The class was just the right size as we got to know every one really well and it wasn't scary asking questions which I would have found it if the group had of been bigger. Our group got on really well so we were all quite chatty and loud, but Nic was lovely and encouraged us to all get involved and move around which we liked as it didn't feel like being talked at and it was easier to learn. I felt really prepared after we had done the course and it had put a lot of my fears to rest. I also liked how after the birth when we all met up Nic was so supportive so we could all talk about how birth had gone without feeling bad.
