        Fabulous service from Selsey Buildbase today. Order placed at 2pm by 4.30pm Id had a call to say delivery on route! Leigh and Tyler were so courteous and helpful, even when I asked for the bulk bags to be dropped down an awkward track. Fantastic service, definitely recommend and will be using again for our building materials. Competitive prices to.

        Martin, James, Frank and the team are very friendly and helpful, they have managed to get some items out to me the same day if they have the space. Competitive pricing makes them my first call every time. Pleased to be supporting a local business.

        Disappointed in buildbase big time ordered n payed for a product to be told on day of delivery its going to be another 3 weeks and then 2 weeks in I chase it up to be told now 3 months absolute joke no customer care what so ever not my problem is all I kept being told!! Now Ive gotta wait 7 days for the manger to return from holiday for a refund aswel as the working days for the refund to payed back n clear into my account. Very very unprofessional from buildbase n your staff. Disappointed

        RUDE.IGNORANT STAFF .GUY THAT WORKS IN THE YARD HAS A HEARING IMPEDEMENT WHICH IS A HEALTH & SAFETY CONCERN AS WELL AS DIFFICULTY UNDERSTANDING THE CUSTOMERS.HE HAS NO IDEA OF PRICES ETC.I GAVE UP AFTER 20 MINS AND WENT ELSEWHERE AFTER BEING VERBALLY ABUSED.
