While most are friendly there is one chap who os particularly rude. I was prescribed medicine through private doctor service that issues e-presciption. The service clearly states 'Day Lewis Pharmacy' as one of the partners that accepts e-presciption. The man at the counter does not think so saying that is head office issue and he can only dispense with a paper copy. Perhaps it is down to preferential treatment as I am not from here. This gent clearly needs to be taught how to be caring and helpful. In an age where everything is electronic and times are such you dont want to touch things, one is insisted to provide 'paper copy of prescription'. Finally he suggests sending the prescription by email which could have been the suggested to save all the haggle. This person single handedly brings disrepute to the branch, the brand and their associates.
