        The girl at reception is EXTREMELY rude and arrogant. She has had this attitude everytime I visit. From what I observed she only behaves like way to NHS referred clients.

        I am shocked by the arrogant and nonchalant attitude of the receptionist. It is very disturbing that she thinks it is appropriate to behave this way. I hope my complaint will be heard and action will be taken, as someone with such attitude and lack of manners should not be in a role dealing with the general public.

        Tried to find them for an appointment...twice. Some bus information on the website is wrong and states the 412 goes through west croydon bus station (it doesn't). I then got the 412 from somewhere else - unfortunately Croydon Physio don't advise which stop to get off at. I got off on Upper Selsdon Road where google maps told me the clinic was... I called reception and they told me it was around a ten min walk. I have autism and get lost easy. I was utterly fed up by this point and gave up. I wont be trying again.
