I would not recommend this company at all. I had no heating and they left me with not hot water as well by the end of their visit and messing around. Then they said they couldn't come back to fix it for 3 days!!!! The next plumber came and said they'd disconnected a part in my system and that's why it didn't work. They then gave me an astronomical quote to fix my heating which I've since found a quote 200 cheaper. I think they took advantage of a single Mum with kids and thought they had a push over, leave me without hot water as well as heating and then I'll pay anything in desperation. Our boiler broke down a couple of evenings ago, I was recommended GS heating by a friend who'd used them before, phoned first thing yesterday morning, they came round later on, identified the problem, returned later on in the afternoon and repaired it. Very polite engineer and reasonably priced. Thank you. Service: Heating system repair
