Koulla Lucia Interiors

I'm sure that there aren't often curtain emergencies but this year we had one. An entire curtain rail collapsed in a bedroom where the occupant was receiving end of life care. I called Koulla in a panic. She had done the most incredible job with shutters and curtains in our home previously and I had recommended her to my neighbour who recommended her back to me when I was in a stressed muddle. It was snowy and just before Christmas. Nobody had stock. Everyone had closed for Christmas. Koulla and Rocco came to the rescue. They squeezed us in and Rocco managed to fit a new rail impeccably around carers, a nurse, a baby and family members all while chatting football to a very frail gentleman. Their work was stellar, the curtains have never hung better but more than that - they're compassionate, organised, prepared, tidy and human. They worked a Christmas miracle. Would 100% recommend them.

I had an outstanding experience with Koulla Lucia Interiors. It wasnt an easy job as I asked Koulla to alter the curtains from my previous home. She did an amazing job giving me all the information and suggesting the most appropriate style in each room. Fitting was quick and efficient, also for some blinds and a shutter that I have ordered in addition to the curtains. Overall, everything looks very good and Im impressed with how Koulla understood from the beginning what I was looking for. I will definitely use her services in the future and I highly recommend her!

Koulla was very responsive in her communications since the first enquiry. The initial consultation helped me a lot with choose the style of blinds and curtains to put for different rooms, and so many swatches to choose fabrics & colours from! From measurement to fitting took a little long due to backlogs in manufacturing, but Koulla managed this timescale expectation from the start. Fitting was smooth - there were some manufacturing faults with blind tracks and blind length but this was swiftly dealt with a second fitting. Overall, very positive experience! I would definitely use Koulla Lucia Interiors again and would recommend to anyone who is looking for similar services.
