The engineer Lee turned up on time and was a very genuine guy, very helpful and happy to answer any questions about the system.
Even though he was unable to fix the problem on the visit to provide heating, he left and returned with some electric heaters for the house free of charge!
Turns out I may need a new heating system too which I'll gladly get installed through this company! Service: Heating system repair
