Selsdon Park Medical Practice

We are new patients to the practice since moving house in June 2022. Previously had a superb doctors surgery in SE19 for 20 years so we were apprehensive - we did our research before registering; we are also both NHS staff and know of the pressures in the system. However, my wife and I have had to attend the practice recently and we honestly cant fault the care received. Superb service from everyone weve encountered.

Doctor Death works here!!! Waste of time talking to Doctor on phone!! I went to the surgery yesterday to see a doctor because of an chest infection which I get from time to time but was told all doctors wore out but one could phone me that afternoon. I received a call around 4pm from the surgery from some trainee asking questions and said he would phone back. A while later another call on speaker with doctor asking few more questions, but completely ignoring that I have a chest infection and need a course of antibiotics. This doctor advised me to take pain killers and drink plenty of water. Now I will be wasting my time and the NHS A&E time. Thanks for nothing! UPDATE: February 2023 (A year after talking to the so called doctor) After the diagnosis on the phone by the doctor in this durgery I ended up in hospital. It turned out I had pneumonia. Was kept in hodpital almost a week, also on blood thinners because have two blood clots on lungs. Still recovering to this day - Thank You Selsdon Park Medical Practice!! AVIID THIS PRACTICE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE! DISGRACEFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT!

I have been a patient at this practice for many years. The service has always been fantastic, from the receptionists though to the clinical nurses and GPs. Never had a problem getting an appointment and always had great care. This practice is a credit to the NHS, keep up the great work.

Always avaliable to get a face to face or over the phone appointment, reception staff very friendly and helpful, and the doctors are great.
