        Received rude and unprofessional service. Went to return 2 keys that had been incompetently made and did not work in my lock. Instead of an apology, the owner was rude and dismissive; preposterably claiming that the keys were not cut there - this inspite of my showing the receipt and bank transaction to prove it happened 2 days before! Don't get keys cut here - they don't know what they are doing. Would not recommend doing any business with this outfit. Absurd way to run a customer facing business.
