KFC South Croydon

Terrible service today and very disappointed after giving a good review to this branch previously. Im wondering whether this branch is now a franchise!? I ordered a bargain bucket with 6 pieces of chicken - got told that they only have mostly legsthe cheapest part of the chicken right? I got the bucket and I got 2 legs and 4 thighsno white meat. What a con!!! 4 portions of chips now equal one box - not 4 bags of chips. I waited 14 minutes for the chips to be cooked and heard the Manager saying that I have to have legs!! A bargain bucket full of legs wasnt my idea of a bargain but nevermind. Chicken wasnt freshly cooked. This branch has now lost a good long standing customer. I will AVOID KFC from now on. Macdonalds is much better for value!

Really noticeably lovely staff here at Selsdon Kentucky. If you have to queue its worth the wait. All smile and are customer service focused. The chicken here is much better than Croydon central and Purley branches. Somehow its always fresh and tasty. I made the mistake of trying Purley branch again last week. The chicken tasted re fried and the service was below average with people being allowed to push in. I was given maybe 10 chips in the box which upset me but it wasnt worth returning to Purley. Im back at Selsdon branch today and Im happy. Always great staff here!!! I will keep coming back. Great Branch!!

If you want good KFC, This one in particular will let you down. The quality of the food isn't great. Either over cooked or under. It's a shame thar KFC hasn't quite been the same for a long time and the one in Selsdon is a prime example. Not recommended.
