        Twice now I have waited for it to open - today it was 15 mins late then we had to wait for lady to open up and set everything up. Very frustrating when I have a busy morning

        I booked an appt for my daughter at 5.45pm, my partner drove past the salon at approx 4.30pm on the day of the appt, it was closed! I rang the number to check on the appt, they said it wasnt convenient, come in the morning. I said I would be at work, the woman on the phone didnt listen, just repeated come in the morning. Very unprofessional. I would have had a wasted journey to the salon if my partner hadnt seen they were closed, nobody rang me to cancel. Rubbish customer service, I will use a more professional salon.
