        My goals were to treat my back and some other areas that I thought would never be as good as they once were due to competitive sport and training. To my absolute joy, I am now without pain. Moreover I have actually improved my functional mobility to the extent that I feel stronger and more agile than I did in my late twenties and early thirties. Sussex Physiotherapy is intelligent, effective and progressive. I am doing Pilates too which is part of the maintenance for a healthy body, for the future.
