Great service and care from the staff from front reception to vet. Pleasing and spacious waiting room for both owners and pets. We have returned to Paxton Clifton and are now under the care of vet: Arasi, thrilled to finally find a vet who understand our needs and has surpassed our standards. Thank you to the receptionist who listened and was able to make the recommendation too.

I want to thank the whole team for their continuous excellent service. You can really tell this team cares about every animal when pet owners call. Over the last couple of years my pet has had several different issues. Luckily nothing life threatening but as a pet mummy, we worry insanely! Every time I have taken my dog to see the vet, he comes out with a very speedy recovery. The reception team always do their best to squeeze me in on the day where possible if its very urgent. They seem to understand the urgency of seeing a vet asap which I really appreciate. Highly recommend this vet practice. Great efficient and friendly staff. Big thank you for always saving my baby.
