Excellent service from Tony tech. Our Panasonic Smart TV had a black screen. I took the TV into the store, the issue was promptly diagnosed and a quote was provided. A day later the back-light was replaced and TV was ready for collection. I couldn't be more satisfied with the amazing service. I would definitely recommend Tony tech and use again in the future. I paid 40 for a call out to my home on Thursday. On that same day they told me that they would be coming to my home from between 2pm - 6pm. Today, on Monday I had tried to call them at 2pm to find out what rough timing will they be coming, and my calls were ignored. I then proceeded to call the landline number and someone answered. I began to explain to them that nobody had contacted me today whilst I have been trying to phone them to let me know what is happening. I found it very weird that someone that had paid in advance is not allowed to call and find out on the day of their appointment when someone will be coming to their home. After 10 minutes of worthless arguing I asked if I could get my 40 sent back as I found the is whole stisgion dodgy, and they dropped the phone. I have called the landline back over 15 times and they are ignoring my calls. Please please please people avoid these people. I have been worried about my TV for ages and I needed it fixed and these guys had taken my money in advance for a call out but cant answer any of my calls on the actual day of the call out. So unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Please avoid. I have screenshots and phone records to prove everything.
