I write on behalf of Samantha and colleagues; this is not my first-time using Timpson's services at Crystal Palace Sainsburys and I found the exceptional services of "Samantha" impossible to ignore without expressing my profound gratitude to her and the establishment. She fitted my shoe heels perfectly and flawless. Her receptive attitude towards customers cannot be over emphasized. I truly and sincerely hope that management consider Samantha for a managerial role or supervising role while she maintains the front line. I thank her and Timpson for having such a great staff. In this same week just ended, I was also served by Sammy Cadel and Talal at different days, I just want to say these guys are phenomenal with a great customer services skills with delivery of to my satisfaction. I cannot thank them and Timpson enough of their wonderful selections of its staff with exceptional characters in delivery of their services. Notwithstanding 5 Stars for all, but SAMANTHA I award premium 5 STARS PLUS. I continue to recommend the store to my colleagues and strongly believe we will continue to use Timpson.
