        Arranged a service and was advised that we would need a part, agreed for the work to be carried out only to hear nothing for weeks and had to keep chasing. When called no-one knows what is going on and was advised that someone will call me back to which no-one did. We finally received an invoice for the part which was paid for the same day and two months on still not installed. Requested money back as I have never had dealing with a company that is so incompetent and unprofessional.
