Absolutely great club. My son loves it and has learnt so much. They are all so nice and down to earth. Super competent and they push you the way needed. Would give more than five stars if possible!

Amazing! I learned so much in the free sessions. I would recommend going there, they are so nice, down to earth , humble people that teach you. Kat and Celia taught me, if I had the money I would attend more often because too expensive. Kat is so funny and Celia is very kind. The hygiene their is good, the things you use is wiped down with antibacterial spray. I'm Muslim and they would let me pray if it clashed with the training like before it. They were very respectful. They are really good fighters like Elia taught me once but it was amazing, they are all really good and humble

A wonderful organisation making a real difference in the community , spreading the benefits of marital arts and fitness. The outreach programmes in schools have been especially beneficial.
