I purchased a second-hand Tesla Model S from Synergy Motors and am very happy with the experience. Simal, the person I dealt with at Synergy Motors through both phone calls and email, was very polite, helpful and an absolute pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable about EVs and was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle, including some of the more esoteric that Id dug up from internet forums. When it came to viewing the car prior to purchase, Simal was very accommodating and flexible with us as we had to travel up from the South coast and could not give precise times due to work. Purchasing was a simple matter and we found the entire process was extremely efficient and most impressive. Would I purchase another car from Synergy Motors? Yes. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Definitely - Highly recommended!
