Selhurst plumbing & heating merchant Croydon

I first visited Selhurst Plumbing & Heating Merchant based on a recommendation from my builder. From day one, I received such great, attentive customer service. Keith was honestly a joy and always on hand to help. The process of my flat renovation was lengthy and stressful at times but Keith was always on hand to help save the day. Going into this reno I underestimated how overwhelming it would be but working with knowledgable, friendly and patient staff made all the difference. I really appreciate the service I received and would definitely recommend.

I submitted an online Contact Us form, late on Wednesday because Wickes had let me down badly, by not delivering a Bathroom worktop (I had ordered two months earlier) and at a late stage in the actual installation. Someone from Selhurst phoned me back that evening and told me Chris would phone me at 08:00 the next morning. True to their word Chris phoned. He checked with their supplier and confirmed back to me he could get it over night to their shop on the Friday. He phoned me again on Friday to confirm it had arrived. I drove over Saturday morning to Croydon from Chertsey and got exactly what I wanted, he even helped me put it into the car. This company saved my bacon and our Bathroom installation with priceless help and great customer service. Cannot rate them high enough. Thanks so much Chris and team.
