We just redid our downstairs cloakroom and had a fantastic experience working with Jones Plumbing to create and supply it. The woman we worked with from Jones Plumbing spoke with us about what we were hoping to accomplish, sent us a design based on our specifications, and then worked with us to ensure we had the pieces we wanted. She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and responsive but did not put any pressure on us. The installation was done by JG Property Maintenance Services, for which Jones Plumbing gave us the contact information, and they were also fantastic. The refurbishment has exceeded all expectations and we could not be happier with the result! We hope to be able to fix up the other bathroom at some point and, if we do, will definitely reach out to Jones Plumbing again.

Went there today for some help with a leaking mixer tap, I think his name was Bradley couldn't have been more helpful & fixed the issue. Great service & well priced. I 100% recommend them & will definitely be using them again.

This is my second bathroom supplied by Jones. Again Stephen gave us outstanding advice on all aspects of the refurbishment. He always had time to answer any question we had and his calm friendly approach was brilliant. When it came to ordering & delivery Stephen made sure everything was done to suit us. Whenever we had contact with other members of the team they too had this totally can do approach fantastic service all round. Would recommend Jones Plumbing to everybody, give them a try don't think you will be disappointed. Thanks all.

I went there today and spoke to a Lady & gentleman, my intention was to purchase a bath screen, the customer services was exceptionally great. I would recommend this place. Even though I didnt make a purchase today, the advice and help I got was superb. Thanks a million.
