        TL:DR Didnt have the item let me pay anyway, did call but was patronising on the phone. Might be great in person at the physical shop, I wouldn't know. However the website boasts of UK stock and then it lists items that are not actually in stock, It let me pay and believe I was getting next day delivery, only to receive a phone call saying my item (Dye Sublimation Print Media) may be available in 3 weeks but they could offer alternatives. Unfortionatley this Information was delivered in such a patronising fashion whilst making inaccurate assumptions about the equipment I am using that I decided I would rather get it somewhere else or go without entirely than give this man my money.

        I've been a customer of Richard Frankfurt Photographic for over 10 years. Just bought a new set of Bowens studio lights and can honestly say I am glad they are here. They are aways friendly and very helpful. Always given me great service. Recommended.
