2nd time ordering a t-shirt and the quality has really gone compared to several years ago. Shirts are much smaller than the advertised size. I can order a shirt 1 size below the one I got from here and it fits well, but the spiral shirt was tight and too small even after ordering a size above. Their website states "We genuinely believe that we are offering a high quality product", yet on the label it says the shirts are made in pakistan, and the material is thin and feels low quality. Used to get shirts from spiral regularly in the past, but after 2 bad experiences recently, I won't be bothering again. Such a shame how much the quality has dropped, especially when the prices are still around 20 a shirt...

Bought my partner 2 printed sweatshirts for Christmas which looked absolutely amazing in pattern and colour. Unfortunately, after wearing them, they were washed as per label instructions but one has shrunk considerably. I am very disappointed as these were not cheap items. Emailed the company 2 weeks ago but have had no response at all, and I am annoyed. Won't bother with this company again if they can't even acknowledge my emails. Who can afford to waste money these days? Thought Spiral Direct were a better company than this...

Bought an item that was "limited stock" thinking that it meant low in stock, but actually means that it is sold out. I don't really think that it is a good idea to allow people to buy items that the shop doesn't actually have and have the customer wait an unknown amount of time for the item to be delivered. I had to get a refund after waiting over a month to receive an order I assumed I'd get in a week. Also the website just feels messy, I cant put my finger on what is wrong with it exactly, but I found typos and placeholder text (Lorem ipsum, etc.) on it, which doesn't look very professional.

Latest order not received. Customer service never answering emails and whey finally they do it's to give me a tracking number that the carrier says doesn't exist! Even when I phone I get no information. But they promise to phone back. Of course they never do... So, I have paid for articles I have not received, no-one seems to care and even when I ask for a refund, guess what? Not the slightest hint of an answer. I used to have a good impression of Spiral. Not anymore. Appalling customer service. My most recent order will therefore sadly be my last.
