My last 2 experience at this place was terrible . When I went I must say the elderly man was quite nice and helpful but the minute other customers started coming in , he switch from been nice to rude. He wanted to serve someone else who came after myself and another lady ,and I ask him kindly to please finish mine before he attend to someone else . He was not happy and got very rude. And to make matter worst he over charged me and I queried it . After telling him that his rude behaviour was not good customer service he wanted to take back the items . Anyway I just took some of the items because I no longer was interested in spending my money there. Three days after I had to go back to either get a refund or exchanged , he gave the refund and even though I wanted other stuff he told me to come out of his store and don't come back. Does this man realise customers have choices , not to mention online shopping. Covid is a blessing and a curse because it open our eyes. I would never go back to this place and I would never recommend this place to any of my friends because no customer should be treated like this. It's sad that I live in the community and have to go elsewhere to shop. KMT

The Professor aka the owner is extremely knowledgeable and takes time out to explain on any issue i have had during my electrical installations in the past. There inspection and testing skills are A* and carry them out great deal of compliance to BS regulations and beyond. They also stock wide range of electrical equipments from complex requirement to smallest of accessories and i can depend on DAS Electrical. Keep up the good work guys.

Extremely rude on the phone. I just wanted to check if items were in stock for collection no need for the rudeness, Ill take my custom elsewhere.
