        Booked firm for competitive rates offered . Received text messages a day before the clean (end of tenancy) stating that the prearranged time of arrival for the cleaner was no longer feasible. Further messages stating that one of the cleaner was unavailable and that no replacement could be offered that day, asking us to extend the clean from 1 day to 2 days. The initial agreement stating that the cleaners (x2) would complete the whole process in 12 hours not honoured. On request for discount to take account of failures, the firm offered to return 10% of the full amount we had paid. We continue to wait for this (10% refund) 1 month on...
