Anchor - Firth House care home

Very friendly manager. Fast at replying and getting any issues sorted out. There straight on the ball. They helped my mother out with some shampoo caps as I've been struggleing to find some. They was happy to help and even willing to deliver some very happy with there service.

I work at Firth house as an apprentice food service assistant, Doing Level 2 production Chef,and have done so for over a year now and absolutely love it, the team and residents are wonderful and I have developed so many skills and lessons in such a short amount of time. The choices and activities offered are great and the residents are provided with their personal preferences at every opportunity.

Amazing place which has restored my faith in care homes. I have been in many care homes both professionally and personally and firth house stands head and shoulders above the rest. The management and team are amazing. They genuinely care and deliver a compassionate service to the resident and the family. I will always be grateful that they looked after my Grandma in her last months. We couldn't have found anywhere better .

This is an excellent Care Home particularly for those with dementia, but not solely. Senior staff and Team leaders are well trained in dealing with clients with dementia, treating them with dignity, respect and care. They monitor carers work with diligence. The overall atmosphere is calm and caring and the environment has been given much consideration in providing a stimulating, safe and quality experience. Well done all those who work there.
