Selby Post Office

Giving 1 star as I couldn't give Zero. The people at the back of the counter are so thick, couldn't even understand their own rules of queuing. basically pushed me back into the queue, after accusing me of cutting the queue. Please remove the sticker that states MONEY GRAM stated on the Travel money counter. anyone will think, the person behind the Travel money counter is dedicated to servicing Money Gram Customers, that's why people stand in front. I will never visit this place again.

The worst service I've ever experienced in my life, terrible staff, so rude, wouldn't give me my parcel, even though I had all of the details and ID.

Revolting staff, lots of attitude for 9 an hour! One actually said once when I was purchasing dollars why are you going to the USA and Im not? Well I have no idea maybe as I had to go with work! If you actually have a better attitude maybe one day youll get to travel with work and make more than 9 an hour, until then they should be quiet and do the jobs they get paid for.

That's the last time I use this Post Office. Waited eleven minutes this morning to post one parcel. Three members of staff behind the counter, yet only one person serving, despite the fact there were eight customers queueing. Surely the most important job is actually serving customers. Everything else can wait until it's quiet. It should be all hands on deck. I will be going elsewhere in future.
