        Had a problem with theft. They told me they cant do anything about it because it was over a year ago. We have to pay for court and go to court.

        Since May 2017 I have been trying to get the Selby Police to deal with a local drug dealer. I have notified them of over 40 pieces of intelligence, car numbers,descriptions etc. Numerous officers have been involved in the receiving of the info.By appointment I have Waited in for the officer to no avail. Not even a call to say why they had not come. The dealer will continue to deal whilst we have to witness the daily passing of the drug mules. A very unhappy resident. the Selby Police to deal with a local drug dealer. I have supplied over 40 instances of intelligence including descriptions, car registration

        There is NO DOUBT that the Police in Selby ARE there when we need them and they do care. I am in awe of how hard they work and after needing the services of them, the air ambulance, first responder and fire service recently, I feel safe in the knowledge that they are professionals who are also human...and they are amazing.... every one of them...Thanks Guys and Gals from the bottom of my heart x
