Jaye & Matt were our wedding photographers for our wedding in August 2022. They were absolutely amazing and very well organised. They made the whole process ridiculously easy and gave so many helpful tips on what to do on the day and leading up to it. Our photographs are amazing and we love them all so much. We can't thank them both enough for capturing our day exactly how we wanted and we'll treasure them forever. Highly recommended!!

We hired Tux & Tales (Jaye) to shoot our wedding in August 2022. Being a wedding photographer myself, it was a bit of a daunting decision choosing a wedding photographer added to that we are two brides. And my wife can be rather picky and hates having her photo taken! But Jaye took on the task with great enthusiasm and didnt run away phew! In the lead up to the day, the pre-planning was really thorough and left us no doubt everything would run smoothly and be safe in Jayes hands. Side note - We also made a more last minute decision to hire her husband Matt (Forest Film Co) to be our videographer as we wanted lots of memories captured(Ill leave a separate glowing review for Matt!) Well Jaye totally understood our vision of a laid back, family orientated day, and the fact we wanted to have fun and capture the moments without loads of posing. Our church layout meant the service wasnt the easiest at all to capture (from a photographers point of view) and yet the photos are amazing and she managed to be a total ninja at capturing our special ceremony, all without being in the way. It was a crazy 34 degrees on our wedding day and like an absolute trooper Jaye (&Matt) climbed a hill with all the kit to capture some couples photos with the beautiful views. She even pulled out a battery powered fan to cool me down at one point The effort they put in was incredible from start to finish. Our kids typically werent interested in being in any photos and yet we have some fantastic photos of them to treasure forever- she was sooo good with all of the crazy amount of kids running round, loaded up on sugar. Our guests have also all commented on how amazing the photos are and how great Jaye & Matt were on the day. Thank you so much Jaye for capturing our day, I will (& have!) recommend you to all. If you want a photographer and a videographer, definitely hire them both Jaye & Matt together as they are a super team!

There aren't enough stars for this review! From the first meeting we had with them Matt & Jaye were fantastic, and they remained amazing throughout the entire process! The photos that were taken of our wedding day were just perfect and the videography was amazing. We were given a lot of creative control I.e. whether to focus on video/photos of particular moments and they were always fantastic at communicating. We had so much fun when we were taking our photos on the day and I cant thank them enough for that! We enjoyed having them around. Would absolutely recommend having them as your photographers/videographers!

We chose Tux and Tales for our wedding photography and we could not have been more delighted with the photographs. They really "got us" and the vibe of our day. It was a great balance of having enough photos but also wasn't exhausting posed photo after photo as it can be at weddings. I would really recommend the video option too. Our video is one of the most special things to me. It never fails to make me smile. Thank you for our beautiful photos and wonderful service from start to finish.
