Absolutely fed up with this place. Incompetent. We've made maybe 8 totally wasted journeys from Doncaster in the last 12 months for treatments that have been cancelled when we got there, botched, the wrong members of staff in, unable to do what they booked the appointment for. I've never found a company to habe so many constant running failures. Absolutely appalled.

Id just like to say a big thank you to Dr Jay and his nurse Briony for their care during my wisdom tooth extraction last week. They were both very comforting and explained the procedure clearly. Unlike the first time I had this done elsewhere, the recovery was extremely easy.

I had a broken tooth removed. This is the best dentist I have ever used. Very friendly reception staff. The dentist and his nurse was the height of efficiency. I was in and out in 10 minutes. No pain at all . Just a little discomfort with the numbing injection. They made me feel relaxed and not scared. And I arrived early and was out before I should have been in . This is the dental practice that others should aspire to. 10/10.

My thanks to Dr Jay and Chelsea for a perfect wisdom tooth extraction, and to the admin team for assisting me with my referral issues. This is a well run clinic with first class dentists and helpful staff.
