Paul is always really helpful and knowledgeable, and gives honest advice on everything. All the fish are well cared for and healthy, and he can get you in anything he can source from his suppliers which is brilliant when youre looking for something specific. The supplies are always great too, and low prices on everything. Cheaper than the main pet stores and much better quality from a knowledgeable seller. His new fish foods are brilliant too.

Fantastic customer service. Very knowledgeable. Having the fish in a garden shed made it personal & I felt it was a lovely touch. Never too busy for aftercare questions & very understanding with a new fish keeper. Highly recommend.

Ive been pestering Paul over the last couple of weeks with questions, thoughts and finally orders. Not only did he offer to rehome some of my guppies, helping me to move into the next chapter of my fishkeeping journey, but hes offered tons of advice and support to help me design a great new community tank around my stunning Rams I picked up from him last year. Excellent service, fantastic non-snobby advice, and brilliant stock. 100% recommend him - especially if youre after some honest, down to earth advice.

Great friendly service and if you tell him the fish you want he will try to get it from the suppliers.
