Had a breathing test over two weeks ago and still not received the results. Theres an annoying answer machine when you try to call the surgery. So I requested a call back, I was 27 in line. I waited and waited and waited, but they cancelled my call back. Totally unacceptable for a doctors surgery. Impossible to get through, something needs sorting. Everyone I have spoken to in the surgery (patients etc.) say they are unhappy with the quality of care. Ofsted need to go in and assess what the problems are. I am sure they will rate it inadequate.

I cannot understand why medications can not be collected after 1130 am Friday due to gp carlton closing till Monday. I've arrived to collect 1125am fri to find surgery already closed.if you run out or forget to collect and cannot collect earlier on fri this can mean two or three days without medications even worse at bank holidays. Beech tree carlton opening hours are not convenient,particularly for medications collection.

I was ill in January 2023. Really bad with the cold/ flu. I think it was Sally on reception plu the GP. Very quick response and guidance through process of online system. Within 20 minutes I had a prescription to collect. I was too ill to attend surgery. Text message info enabled my partner to collect antibiotics needed from chemist near their work. Excellent support. Thank you BT surgery

I usually dont write reviews but I just had to about my experience today. Ive had terrible treatment from NHS in the past and actually felt nervous to come to GP today out of fear of being talked down to or made to feel like I was wasting their time. I was booked in for a face to face assessment within two weeks of making my appointment. I was greeted at reception today by a very friendly and efficient receptionist. I was seen within 15 mins of my appointment time by Dr Mackenzie, she was warm, professional and very thorough in her investigations. She treated me like an individual and was empathetic of my symptoms. I cannot recommend Dr Mackenzie and Beech Tree enough. Keep up the good work!
