Avoid very rude staff on the phone had to submit the pictures 3 times been called a lair buy their staff, my car came back with blue paint on and it's black and loads off paint missing off the doors aslo paint finished to a poor standard

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking! Had my car in for minor damage, 7 weeks and still no car!!! No courtesy car provided and rarely given updates, Sue receptionist is helpful and shes always been understanding however I got another woman today who would not let me speak, kept on interrupting me and refused to pass me on to someone else regarding my car! When my car was due to be collected for repair they never turned up and I waited in all day! Absolutely shocking service, I never write bad reviews as I am in a high pressured job myself and I am lenient in these situations, however the care (or lack of it) I have received from Turners is appalling and I will be putting a complaint forward about how long its taken and how rude that receptionist was. Turners can you not answer your customers? Look at all these 1 star reviews! Wheres the great customer service?

As you can read other reviews, there are many bad reviews complaining about communication and lack of professionalism , and that's been my experience also I was allocated this garage through an insurance claim I had the day booked for the courtesy car and repair since more than 2 months ago 15 mins before the end of the timeframe we agreed they called us to advise that the courtesy car has a problem and they couldn't come , hahahaha No idea of when they can rebook, no apologies Horrible customer service Even though they told me that the repair would take 3 days now they cannot assure it Having read the bad experiences of other customers I have asked the insurance company to divert me to another garage. 3 months lost since they received my claim and my time wasted communicating with them and taking the car to them to evaluate the damage
