Absolutely horrible experience with the company. I was waiting since August 2021 for a generator to be delivered . Asked for refund number of times. In the end March 2023 they sent me the wrong product and of course NO RESPONSE ....

Very disappointing. I bought a generator online which was showing as "in stock", however when I enquired as to a delivery date I was initially told that they were unsure but would let me know. I followed this enquiry up the next week and was told February 2023, which was no good as I needed the equiment for a job at the end on November. The chap who was dealing with my refund is currently out of the country, so I'm no closer to getting my money back. I dislike leaving negative feedback but if nothing happens due to one person's absense, it doesn't fill me with confidence. R. Bromley MIET.

I purchases a B & S G-80 Generator from this company and the service I received has been exemplary. Just after purchase I 'lost' some of the top panel holding screws and had difficulty finding replacements as they were American sizes. I contacted Samuel Goodyear their Business Manager and not only did he send me a 'Link' where I was able to purchase more but took the trouble to source an Engineering drawing of the screws so that I had a detailed example for the future! ( It';s not my fault I lost them, I am naturally clumsy!!). This level of Customer Service is unusual in these days and this company is to be congratulated on its Customer Service ethic. Regards.
