Avoid this seller at all costs. Absolutely terrible to deal with. After 4 gruelling months, a full refund has now FINALLY been given for a product that never showed up despite multiple delivery promises and attempts to collect -in installments - which funnily enough this seller does not accept herself (I think the seller has been extremely lucky that this was accepted as a form of refund by the customer on this occasion). Yes, multiple members of the same family did leave reviews but that, teamed with threatening court action, is what it took to get the full 350(!!) back after 4 months of back and fourth. If multiple reviews is what it will take for any one else to reconsider wasting their time and hard earned money on this seller then so be it. Oh and if you do dare review this seller, either your review gets deleted, or you get accused of slander! Ive had a couple of pieces from here and loved them both.. well painted.. very friendly and helpful.

I was really pleased with the service Charlene provided. She made an excellent job of the furniture and it was exactly what I wanted. Good communication and personal delivery too

Have bought a few pieces of Charlene's work.She is such a talented lady and all here work is of a very high standard.Here shop is lovely and would highly recommend her if you are looking for a stunning piece of work !
