Kap First Impressions

We really wanted two embroided Mr and Mrs jumpers for the day after our wedding- the first company we tried to order with cancelled our order last minute, we were running out of time so I ordered some iron on vinyl to add to the jumpers myself. However, when this order arrived (4 days before the wedding) the order was COMPLETELY wrong, I had no time to reorder and the seller had zero compassion. After two companies letting us down and time running out, I asked on our local Facebook page if anyone knew of anyone that could do vinyl stickers over the weekend (not having much hope by this point). Kimberley was recommended several times and I got in touch. That evening Kimberley told me she could embroid the jumpers if I'd prefer - perfect!! She sent over a test piece to show us how it would look then collected our jumpers from our home the following day (after she'd had a long day at work). Kimberley is very friendly, approachable and helpful and asking for the size of the writing to me a little bigger was no problem for her at all. The jumpers were dropped back with me the following morning! They are absolutely amazing quality and so so reasonably priced. This woman went out of her way to make sure my order was completed ASAP despite working full time already. I would 100% recommend her and I will definitely be returning for more!

We ordered a large number of soft shell jackets with Kimberley, the process was easy from start to finish! She was able to send options and cater for all of our indecision with out any fuss! The jackets arrived quicker than I expected and the quality is superb, Kimberley even emailed to make sure that they were delivered alright. Can not fault the service and quality and will make sure all future orders are handled by Kaps!
