        The staff at the post office are appalling

        Please can you not stick labels on books which are nearly impossible to get off. Even when carefully scratched off it leaves marks. I bought two books as presents which were spoilt because of this. I could have bought one of the books for 6 less in a supermarket Rubbish selection also. I was looking for a pony/horse book for a little girl and you had nothing whatsoever, not an obscure search! In your Selby branch looking for books is continually interrupted by people queuing for the post office bit which is not great. However your choice of cards is brilliant.

        Crazy prices, pounds for a Jiffy envelope...sting people desperate to post something quickly. Presumably only survives by having the Post Office franchise, I assume the local Crown PO was privatised to keep WHS afloat.

        The post office is in the back of this shop.WHSmith sells stationary.book.cards .jigsaws.sweet and paper ect ... can order on line and collect in store. Can get quite busy at time with the post office been in there now .
