Very unprofessional and snappy lady. I took two jackets for alterations she had no mirror for me to look so I put my trust into her. Cost me over 100 for the sleeves, length taking up. Family member picked them up they returned a mess Im heart broken shes ruined jackets that cost over 300 each! The sleeves on one of the jackets are not the same length, she also cut the jacket that short the pockets are near enough at the bottom. The other jacket isnt straight at the bottom and she forgot to press the bottom which made it look longer. I went back to the shop she started throwing the cutting of my jackets at me and tell me the jackets were fine her colleague looked shocked at the way she was acting. Im glad shes thrown these back at me because Ive been somewhere else. The new lady has measured the jackets arms and along the bottom and the are totally out of place and one ruined! The fabric that was thrown back at me isnt even cut straight or marked out. Over priced and ruined my jackets!! I wasnt aloud any money back and she argued and made me feel very little! Im never one to complain but this isnt fair. Service: Alterations

Excellent,friendly service.They altered a suit for me and I could not be happier with the results.I would defernately use again and reccomend to others.
