Park Street Burgers

Ordered. Order was accepted on just eat. We sat back to wait. Only when I came to check did I find order cancelled. My issue isn't with cancelling an order accidents happen but lack of communication gets my goat when you get back from site and have hungry kids to feed.

Great quality food, taste amazing, would definitely order again. Good communication from the Dough Outta telling me they didn't have an item n offered an alternative option. Delivery driver got lost n called me straight away n was apologetic for calling me for directions. He arrived happy n smiling. Hope to order again soon n I'll have a pudding next time.

Had this when it first opened and loved it. Ordered again recently. Food came in good time but both my chicken burger and beef burger were both pretty burnt. Paid a high price for Cherry Dr. Peppers and we were given normal ones. This business just ignores me when contacting them about this, so clearly dont care. Had an issue months ago where we were able to, and they weren't even open - they refunded us but kept the delivery charge! A joke really, won't bother with them again. EDIT: I have already emailed you, and texted you about this. Order was placed on your website, which allowed me to buy something which then wasnt provided.

Ordered the vegan burger which was alright tasting although cold with soggy salad. Ordered drinks but they weren't right when they came- with no phonecall to say they were going to be different to the advertised brands. But the biggest issue was the mould...not blue cheese. Chips may have been fresh but the cheese certainly wasn't! Not a keyboard warrior but their customer service skills are poor and defensive. We won't order again, don't worry I'd like my food uncontaminated, warm and as advertised/ ordered and without a side order of smarmy reply.
