        Always have problems when I visit this branch. Staff are indifferent, patronising, don't listen, contradict information obtained from head office and don't seem up to speed on the products available.

        Robbers, crooks and thieves. I held several bonds with YBS. When they matured, this lot refused to let me have my money back unless I paid 28.50 for Chaps payment. None of that was in any terms. I can't believe anyone banks here.

        Kind staff and they do a good job of it. They can't do some things like a bank but they can do what you need them to do.
