So I booked my daughter in for her lashes doing costing 50 it wasnt a good start as that night quite a few lashes came off. My daughter was told to brush the lashes with a little brush she was given but this just made it worse loads more came out. I rang the next morning and explained what happened we were told it was due to oil been on her own lashes and did agree to replace the lost ones which was quite a few. Only 7 days later more lashes started falling out just on their own ended up on her pillow and had loads of gaps on both eyes. This morning they were just about all out and looked ridiculous so ended up just taking the rest off which didnt take much doing. I visited the salon and explained that it was only just over a week and 50 later no lashes left. The young girl offered once again to replace them but I declined as Im guessing the same thing would happen again. After not knowing what to offer I suggested a refund and was offered 25% money back, I thought a full refund would have been offered but not to be. After making my point she agreed a full refund and took my bank details and said would refund after her next client. The young woman was not true to her words and I will ring back tomorrow as no refund in my bank as yet. Not good enough not when you are paying 50 a time for what? I would not recommend this salon at all. not professional and obviously not true to their word please dont waste your money on something that lasts a week not three weeks as we were told!
