I turned up for my 4pm appointment to be told the appointment was on fact 4.15pm and that I would need to wait approximately 20 minutes for my appointment. At 4.35pm I think enquired about my appointment I was told it would be another 20 minutes! Whilst I appreciate its a busy time of year, a bit of honesty would have been welcome! Due to the poor attitude of the hair dresser concerned I ended up walking out.
