The young woman from eastern Europe who initially dealt with me was helpful and had good customer care awareness. Unfortunately the more senior male person she passed me to let her down by reverting to Lloyds Bank type. The usual arrogant 'little customer is a necessary inconvenience and should spoken to as such' attitude.
