        Visited as part of a school trip. What a fantastic place to bring children for an educational session. The staff were brilliant and able to engage the children and keep their attention during the day. There were plenty of activities from stream dipping and orienteering to bird watching and bug hunting. There is a house on site with a cafe but we did not visit today.

        Almost 20 years old this is a great venue for Education and attracts over 10,000 children a year. It's also a very busy Wedding venue, with bookings all year round.

        An excellent venue for holding a small wedding reception, as we did recently. The building itself has a warm and inviting quality (and a heated floor!), and the rural aesthetic fits very well with the setting. The facilities are well maintained and comprehensive. The staff could not have been more pleasant and forward-leaning, very much taking our last minute date change in their stride and making the whole event a great success. Many thanks!
